Job Responsibilities

* Counsel clients regarding immigration and overseas career opportunities.

- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain immigration processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and service offerings.
- Handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth case processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and consultation targets.

Requirements





* Minimum 1 year of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in Immigration Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of immigration programs and visa processes.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
