Role Description This is a full time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Noida.

The Immigration

Consultant will advise clients on visa and migration options, assess eligibility, and manage end-to-end application processes in line with current immigration laws and policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with authorities and partners, and keeping clients informed about application status and required actions.



The role also involves staying updated on global immigration developments, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration trends.
- Candidates should possess expertise in visas, including different categories, requirements, and processing steps.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of law as it relates to immigration regulations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, including client interviewing, needs assessment, and tailored advisory.
- Relevant academic background in law, international relations, or related fields is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and experience handling confidential information responsibly.
- Prior experience in an immigration firm, legal practice, or related advisory environment is an advantage.
