Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with engineering leadership, driving software architecture, delivery excellence, technical governance, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects and engineering teams.

- Define and drive software architecture, technical roadmap, and technology selection aligned with business objectives.

- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and extensible by adopting modern architecture and engineering best practices.

- Partner with Product Owners, Business stakeholders, and customers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while driving project planning, estimation, and successful delivery.

- Drive Agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, feature prioritization, and release planning.

- Establish and enforce software engineering best practices across the SDLC, including coding standards, code quality, design reviews, testing, and release governance.

- Oversee UI/UX implementation and collaborate with design teams using Figma.

- Expertise in providing solutions the frontend applications like JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, etc.,.

- Expertise in providing the solutions for backend services like Python, Node.js, PHP (Core), FastAPI, Flask, etc.,.

- Design and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB,



Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Amazon RDS.

- Design, implement, and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS and Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

- Experience in managing the AI-driven applications using LangChain, LangGraph,.

- Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

- Drive technical governance through architecture reviews, code reviews, engineering standards, reusable design patterns, and mentoring of development teams.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders.

- Identify technical risks and provide scalable, future-ready solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with business objectives and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in languages/framework like JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Python, Node.js, PHP, FastAPI, Flask.

- Expertise in SQL, database design, data modeling, and normalization.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Amazon RDS.





- Strong experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS and Microsoft Azure, with hands-on knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Nginx.

- Proficiency in Git, GitHub, and GitLab.

- Knowledge of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and Figma.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, user stories, backlog management, and MVP prioritization.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and design patterns.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native deployments.

Positive to have skill

- Experience with AI/Generative AI technologies, including AI-powered applications, LLMs, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.

- Familiarity with cloud architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and cost optimization.

- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience managing technical teams and multiple concurrent projects.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.

- Experience working with cloud-based scalable applications.

- Exposure to AI-powered applications and modern automation tools is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
