Your responsibilities In This Role, You Will Plan and create menus together with the Food Production team, ensuring variety, quality, and affordability.

Prepare and serve delicious, appealing, healthy, and sustainable food and beverages for daily service and on-site catering.

Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance by implementing global and local IKEA standards and legal requirements.

Deliver a seamless food experience by securing food availability, presentation, communication, and efficient service times.

Handle inventory management, purchasing, and price calculations with accuracy and cost awareness.

Actively support IKEA’s sustainability agenda, with a strong focus on waste reduction and responsible resource use.

Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is always safe and fully operational.

Contribute to continuous improvement by acting on feedback from co-workers and visitors.

Be flexible and support cross-functional collaboration within Workplace Support when needed.

Participate as a member of the first aid and rescue team.
