- Oversee end-to-end production assembly operations.
- Ensure daily production targets are met as per the production plan.
- Monitor line balancing and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Minimize downtime and ensure continuous line operations.
- Improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and enhance line efficiency.
- Allocate manpower effectively across assembly stations.
- Train operators on assembly procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor operator performance and discipline on the shop floor.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during assembly.
- Coordinate with PPC (Production Planning & Control) team for daily/weekly plans.
- Ensure availability of materials and components for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.




- Maintain a protected and organized workplace (5S implementation).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS.
- Track KPIs such as output, downtime, rejection, and efficiency.
- Report production issues and improvements to management.
- Knowledge of assembly line processes and line balancing
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Exposure in Panel Builder Industry, Electrical, VFD, Drives, Soft Stater Background
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech - Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Power Electronics / Instrumentation & Control
