Role & responsibilities
- Manage tendering activities through various government and private portals.
- Handle the complete GeM Portal process, including product listing, bid participation, order processing, and compliance.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Generate and follow up on customer quotations.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payment status.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents and compliance with tender requirements.

From Technical or Engineering Pharma background
