Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate business needs, define project scope, and recommend technology and process-driven solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze current business processes and design future-state workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and related project documentation.
- Support vendor evaluations, UAT activities, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct quality reviews of business analysis deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering for large IT projects.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on at least 2 large IT projects with GoI, State Government, or UT Government organizations.
- Solid expertise in Requirements Engineering, BRD preparation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for requirement management and collaboration.
- Experience in business process mapping and process improvement using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
