Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source electronic components, semiconductors, and related products from suppliers globally to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sourcing plans and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase delivery reliability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., M3) and ability to analyze data using tools like RTS.
- Experience creating RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and managing vendor selection processes.
