Should have sound skill set in Training , Learning and Development , People Development. Preferably in Real Estate and Construction Industry.

Adaptable , Time management skills, Learning Inquisitive, Networking skills, Innovative Thought Process, Driving Customer Delight, System driven process for reducing dependencies, Passion to Excel

Knowledge of effective Training / Learning and Development/ People Development Blue Print , Theories, Applications , Frameworks, Methods and Philosophies.

Competence to Facilitate and Deliver Training Workshops.

Proficient in Ms Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

1. Identify and capture Training Needs of Employees.(Grades III-XII)

2. Identify In-House and External Technical , Behavioural , Managerial , General ,Wellness Domain Training Facilitators and prepare a Trainers Bank.

3. Prepare Annual People Development Budget.

4. Lead the Instructor LED , Online Expertise with Expert , Expert Talk, Self Learning Sessions, Wellness Programs as a SPOC between Training Facilitator and Participants.

5. Coordinate with Facilitator and Participants to ensure Training Facilitation as per the Training Calendar.

6. Facilitate resources like Training Hall,Infrastructure , Material for Facilitators.

7. Collect and Analyse Feedback of Facilitator na dParticipants for every Training.Ensure implementation of the training feedback for further improvement of content and delivery mechanism.

8. Support Head People Development in design and communication content development

9. Create and Develop innovative engagement activities for Induction of new joinees.

10. Facilitate ANKURAM for GETs and DETs reviews for training and ensure implementation on the same

11. Facilitate training for APMS, 17 Degress North Club, Aparna NEO Mall , Aparna Cinemas

12. Provide content to HR Blog reg People Development Initiatives.

Assess the impact of People Development Initiatives help employees Learn and Develop.

Organization Development

- Promote and drive culture transformation and change management.

Audit

- Coordinate and provide data in a timely manner for smooth operation of Internal and External Audit.

Financial

Ensure adherence to the People Development Budget.

- Evaluate the expenses of People Development initiatives, Share and discuss with HOD.

People

Assess and fulfil training and career development requirements for self and team.

- Liaise with Internal Stake Holders for facilitating Inter and Intra Depertmental Training Needs.
- Foster an environment of Learning Excellence.

Process

Prepare SOPs and Processes for every People Development Initiative and maintain a Manual.

- Stay up-to-date on recent Training Methods,Techniques and Technology.

Delivery

Planned Vs Facilitated No. of Technical , Behavioural , Managerial , General ,Wellness Domain.

Percentage adherence to the Training Calendar per employee.

Preparation and sharing of MIS Reports for HRD Review Meetings.

Quality and effectiveness of trainings conducted:
