Role & responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Creates layouts, 3D renderings, and selects all materials and finishes.
- Project Management: Tracks budgets, schedules timelines, and oversees construction sites.
- Technical Oversight: Produces building code-compliant construction drawings and solves on-site issues.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Acts as the main client contact, works with architects, and guides junior staff.
Preferred candidate profile
- Background: Holds an Interior Design/Architecture degree and a portfolio of completed projects.
- Tech Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling, plus deep knowledge of building codes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage full project budgets, lead site contractors, and mentor junior staff.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client presentation skills and fast in office problem-solving abilities.
