Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales for Bespoke engineering equipment (Boilers, Machinery, Gasification Systems, Waste-to-Energy Solutions, etc.).
- Conduct detailed techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.
- Understand and assess client technical requirements and propose appropriate engineering solutions.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships across industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, technical presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for application fitment and technical support.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiation, deal closure.
- Provide accurate market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Travel frequently for client meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
- Represent the organization as a trusted technical advisor and solution specialist.

What Were Looking For





- Experience of 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Develoment of engineering / industrial equipment
Renewable energy Related equipment
- Custom design Engineering equipments in process industry
- Experience in sales of Boilers, Machinery, Gasification, WtE, or related heavy-engineering products.
- Strong ability to conduct techno-commercial discussions confidently.
- Proven track record in handling B2B industrial clients in a front-facing role.
- Solid understanding of technical applications, engineering drawings, and product fitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
- A proactive, high-energy, and self-driven professional with a go-getter attitude.
- Comfortable with extensive travel as part of the role. (National & International)
