Job Summary

iotics technology private limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage warehouse operations and component inventory for our electronics production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting monthly production plans, coordinating inward and outward material movement, and ensuring smooth store operations.

This role requires hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management, a valuable understanding of electronic components, and strong coordination skills. Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and control component stock levels to support monthly production requirements
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and project plans
- Handle inward and outward material movements, including verification and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or system-based)
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams to align material availability




- Conduct periodic stock audits and report variances
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of electronic components
- Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in store keeping, warehouse management, or inventory control
- Good knowledge of electronic components and basic electronics terminology
- Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software exposure preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in electronics manufacturing, IoT, or hardware production environments
- Familiarity with BOMs (Bill of Materials) and production planning support
- Prior exposure to procurement coordination is an added advantage
