Role Purpose

As the Clinic Manager, you are the operational heart of our facility. You will ensure that our clinical team can focus on life-saving as well as preventive health focused compassionate care. The following job description is drafted specifically for MaxPetZ India, incorporating our core mission of providing compassionate, world-class veterinary care and your requirements for a multi-functional leadership role.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Infrastructure

- Oversee all day-to-day non-clinical functions to ensure seamless clinic flow.
- Maintain our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring all medical equipment and retail spaces meet MaxPetZs high standards of hygiene and safety.

2. Staff Management & HR

- Culture Champion: Nurture a "Play as a Team" setting where diversity is celebrated and meritocracy thrives.
- Life cycle Management: Lead local recruitment, on boarding,



and duty rotations for support staff.
- Performance: Conduct regular appraisals and identify training needs to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.

3. Customer Experience & Marketing

- Pet Parent Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for feedback, ensuring every visit is pleasant and stress-free.
- Local Outreach: Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement programs to promote MaxPetZs specialized services (e.g., diagnostics, grooming, surgeries, IPD, 24/7 emergency).

4. Financial Oversight & Inventory Management

- Financial Rigor: Manage clinic budgets, optimize billing accuracy, and monitor daily collections and expenses.
- Inventory Control: Supervise the procurement of medical supplies, specialized pet food, and accessories, ensuring zero stock-outs of critical items.

5. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, labor laws, and internal safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical and administrative records, ensuring total confidentiality of patient and financial data.
