Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS / PTE Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam patterns, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train students effectively to achieve their desired scores.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS and PTE classes for students at different proficiency levels.
- Prepare students for all sections of the exams, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice tests, and mock exams.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Identify individual student weaknesses and provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct regular mock tests and track student progress.
- Stay updated with changes in IELTS and PTE exam patterns, assessment criteria, and preparation strategies.
- Motivate students and help them build confidence in their English language skills.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education,



or a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience as an IELTS / PTE Trainer or Faculty.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats and preparation strategies.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Ability to teach students with different levels of English proficiency.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- A strong IELTS/PTE score or relevant teaching certification will be an advantage.
