Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an IELTS and ESL Trainer. The trainer will plan, deliver, and assess lessons focused on IELTS test preparation and general English language skills for learners at different proficiency levels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, assigning and evaluating practice tasks, and providing individual feedback to support learner progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate learner records, using a variety of teaching materials and methods,



and contributing to curriculum development and teaching resources as needed. The trainer will collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent instructional quality and may participate in workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess clear, structured Writing skills for creating teaching materials and feedback.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Formal training or certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience preparing learners for IELTS or similar English proficiency exams.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and maintain a professional, inclusive environment.
