Role Description The Pre-Sales and Implementation Specialist is a full time, remote role based in Bengaluru, India. This role involves working closely with prospective customers to understand their workspace, communication, and integration needs, and demonstrating how Kuiq’s solutions address those needs through tailored product presentations and technical consultations. The specialist will support sales cycles by preparing proposals, configuring solution demos, and coordinating proof-of-concept or pilot deployments.

Post-sale, this role leads implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration,



integration coordination with IT and facilities teams, and end-user training. Day-to-day responsibilities also include documenting customer workflows, providing responsive support during go-live, collecting feedback for product improvement, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, build trust, and support users through pre-sales and implementation activities.

Candidates should possess Training skills to develop and deliver clear onboarding sessions, user guides, and best-practice content for diverse audiences.

Experience in pre-sales engineering, implementation consulting, or solutions deployment in SaaS, workplace technology, or IoT environments is beneficial.

Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions, with familiarity in system integration, APIs, or enterprise IT environments considered an advantage.

Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, including managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and implementation milestones.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working remotely and occasionally traveling to other customer locations as needed.
