Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Engineer (1-3 years experience) who can perform strong manual functional testing, build and scale automation testing suites in parallel, work across complex business workflows and financial logic, and use modern productivity tools (including ChatGPT / Claude or similar AI tools) to accelerate test design, automation scripting, and documentation.

This role requires someone hands-on, analytical, and comfortable balancing manual testing with automation development.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional & Manual Testing :

- Understand complete business workflows (billing, contracts, invoice reconciliation, accounting logic)
- Create detailed test cases, regression plans, and edge case scenarios
- Validate financial calculations, reconciliation engines, and ERP integrations
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Support UAT and production issue validation

Automation Testing :

- Contribute to designing and building automation frameworks
- Develop and maintain UI & API automation scripts
- Work with tools such as Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
- Support CI/CD integration for automated regression
- Improve automation coverage with every release

Productivity & Modern QA Approach :





- Use tools like ChatGPT / Claude to improve test case coverage, identify edge cases faster, and accelerate automation script writing
- Enhance documentation quality
- Continuously explore smarter and faster ways to improve QA processes

Required Skills :

- 1-3 years of experience in QA (SaaS preferred)
- Strong fundamentals in manual and functional testing
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool : Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
- Basic API testing knowledge (Postman or similar)
- SQL knowledge for backend data validation
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Comfortable using modern AI productivity tools in day-to-day workflow
