Overview We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer Lead to join our energetic team in the BFSI sector. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in ABAP development to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our SAP systems. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs and enhancements.
- Work on reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
- Develop and maintain SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.




- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).

Requirements

- Have a minimum of 6 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ABAP development.
- Possess strong technical skills in ABAP programming, RICEF objects, and SAP integration techniques.
- Demonstrate core competencies in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
