Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Sterling MFT platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot critical file transfer jobs to ensure SLA compliance.
- Support IBM Sterling Integrator/File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, and Connect: Direct.
- Perform health checks, certificate renewals, user provisioning, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Support file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, and Connect: Direct.
- Lead P1/P2 incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, networking, and application teams.
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and reporting to improve service reliability.
- Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
- Participate in 24x7 production support and global shift rotations.
