Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership for the IB programme while upholding the school's vision, mission, and educational philosophy.

- Ensure excellence in the delivery of the IB curriculum through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
- Lead curriculum planning, programme development, and continuous school improvement initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing academic and leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and student well-being.
- Ensure compliance with International Baccalaureate standards, programme requirements, and authorization expectations.
- Partner closely with parents, students, faculty,



and the wider school community to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Oversee academic operations, faculty performance, resource planning, and school-wide initiatives.
- Promote professional development and instructional excellence across the school.
- Represent the institution at educational forums and strengthen its academic reputation nationally and internationally.

Desired

Profile - Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant discipline;

B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.

- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in K-12 education, including senior leadership within an IB World School.
- Previous experience as a Principal, Head of School, Vice Principal, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate philosophy, curriculum frameworks, assessment methodologies, and authorization/evaluation processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading school improvement, faculty development, and student achievement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative, student-centred leader with strong strategic vision and global perspective.
