We are looking for an experienced Hyper Automation Developer with strong expertise in Python and Automation Anywhere (A360) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise automation solutions using Python and Automation Anywhere. Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate will be an added advantage.

This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Robust expertise in Automation Anywhere A360
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise automation solutions
- Experience in integrating automation solutions using REST APIs, databases, and web services
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process automation
- Experience in developing reusable automation components and frameworks

Secondary Skills (Preferred)
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Power Platform exposure (Power Apps/Power BI is an added advantage)
- Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and understand existing (As-Is) workflows.




- Design and develop scalable Hyper Automation solutions using Python and Automation Anywhere.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and other business systems.
- Develop reusable automation components following coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver automation initiatives.
- Provide regular project updates and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation solutions.
- Adhere to development standards, governance policies, and project best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Hyper Automation or RPA development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Automation Anywhere A360.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
- Experience in automation solution design and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an added advantage.

Interview Focus The technical interview will primarily assess:

- Python Programming
- Automation Anywhere A360

Secondary assessment will cover:

- Microsoft Power Automate
- Integration and Hyper Automation concepts
