1. Automotive Design Engineer – Internship
Eligibility: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Industrial Engineering & Electro-Mechanical, IT &CSE; degree (optional)
Skills Required:
- Engineering skills and adaptability
- Understanding of GD&T;, DFM/DFA principles, and automotive standards
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems: Automotive, Electro-Mechanical &
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn CAE & design skill
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Program for automotive components and sub-systems design program
- Support BIW/sheet metal design, powertrain layout, and automotive product design projects
- Participate in design reviews, tolerance stack-up checks, and DFMEA discussions
- Learn and apply automotive crash analysis and structural optimization basics under mentorship
- Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and part drawings as per industry standards
Duration: 3–6 months | 2. Aerospace / Aerostructure Design Engineer – Design program
Eligibility: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / MTech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace, Electro-Mechanical, IT & CSE Engineering & working professional
Skills Required:
- Design for aircraft structural components
- Basic understanding of aerostructure design, composite materials, and airframe assemblies
- Exposure to aerodynamics/CFD concepts is an added advantage
- Interest in structural analysis and stress analysis fundamentals
- Avionics and electromechanically design
- Data, AI and automation aspects aerospace Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support design and modelling of aircraft body structures, panels, and composite parts
- Assist in preparing structural layouts for aerostructure components
- Work alongside senior engineers on aerodynamics CFD simulation basics
- Learn composite design methodology and material layup documentation
- Contribute to project reports, design calculations, and validation checklists
- Data, AI and automation aspects aerospace Engineering
Duration: 3–6 months 3. Medical Device Design Engineer – Design Program
Eligibility: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Production Engineering and working skilled
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in mechanical and biomedical for precision component design
- Awareness of medical device design regulations, ergonomics, and biocompatibility considerations
- Interest in plastic product design, mechanism design, and reliability engineering
- Attention to detail and understanding of tight-tolerance manufacturing requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and detailing of medical device components and enclosures
- Support design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-serviceability reviews
- Participate in reverse engineering and teardown/benchmarking exercises for reference products
- Help prepare product manufacturing information (PMI) and design documentation
- Learn reliability engineering practices applied to medical device product development
Duration: 3–6 months 4. Heavy Engineering Design Engineer – Internship
Eligibility: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
Skills Required:
- Design of large machinery and structural components mining and Industrial domain
- Basic understanding of heavy machinery design, material handling equipment, and industrial structures
- Exposure to structural analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of welding technology and foundry/casting basics preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support design and drafting of heavy machinery components, structural frames, and equipment assemblies
- Assist with structural strength calculations and basic FEA under supervision
- Participate in welding design and manufacturability reviews for heavy fabricated structures
- Contribute to industrial structure design and layout documentation
- Learn smart factory/intelligent manufacturing concepts applied to heavy engineering projects
Duration: 3–6 months | 5. HVAC & Data Centre Design Engineer – Design Program
Eligibility:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or HVAC Engineering, Mechatronics, EEE, CSE & IT program
Skills Required:
- Understanding of HVAC system design fundamentals – ducting, air handling units, chillers, cooling systems
- Familiarity with thermal/CFD for thermal management studies
- Design skills for HVAC layouts
- Interest in data center cooling design and energy engineering concepts
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in design and layout of HVAC systems for commercial buildings and data centers
- Support thermal simulation (CFD) studies for equipment cooling and airflow optimization
- Help prepare HVAC equipment design documentation, duct layouts, and load calculations
- Learn data center thermal management best practices and energy-efficiency design principles
- Coordinate with design and CAE teams on HVAC equipment validation
Duration: 3–6 months | 6. Piping, Plant Engineering & Plant Equipment Design Engineer – Internship
Eligibility: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petrochemical Engineering, EEE and EE engineering
Skills Required:
- Design for piping/plant layout
- Understanding of P&ID; reading, process plant layout, and pipe routing basics
- Interest in pressure vessel design, heat exchanger design, and pipe stress analysis
- Basic knowledge of ASME/API codes and standards is an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in process plant layout design and piping route development
- Support preparation and interpretation of P&IDs; and isometric drawings
- Learn and apply pipe stress analysis fundamentals under mentor guidance
- Assist in design of plant equipment such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers
- Contribute to plant equipment documentation, material take-offs, and design calculations
Duration: 3–6 months
