Role & responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Supervision

- Execute HVAC installations as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and BMS teams for seamless integration.
- Ensure daily site progress in line with the project schedule.

2. Technical Expertise

- Interpret HVAC layouts, schematic diagrams, and technical submittals.
- Hands-on expertise in ducting, piping, insulation, AHU/FCU/ Chillers/ VRV/VRF installation and controls.
- Ensure adherence to ISHRAE, ASHRAE, and NBC standards.

3. Quality & Safety

- Conduct quality checks and ensure installation as per design and quality standards.
- Implement safety measures and ensure site compliance with EHS norms.

4. Commissioning & Testing

- Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.




- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for equipment commissioning.
- Prepare commissioning protocols and test reports.

5. Client & Consultant Coordination

- Interact with client engineers, consultants, and PMC for site updates and approvals.
- Attend review meetings and ensure closure of inspection points (IRs/SATs).

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site material tracking, and manpower logs.
- Submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), checklists, and as-built drawings.

7. Team Management

- To handle the site supervisors for smooth functioning at site.

Qualification

- B.Tech/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
