Role Description The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing HVAC systems for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed HVAC drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, selecting equipment,



and coordinating with multidisciplinary design and site teams. The HVAC Engineer will also collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify technical requirements, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design, including system sizing, equipment selection, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for developing and reviewing HVAC layouts, schematics, and construction documentation.
- Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with experience in building services or industrial HVAC projects.
- Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with industry software tools (e.g., load calculation software), strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client.
