Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad in the Pune Division. The role oversees daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.

This position manages employee relations, addresses workplace concerns professionally, and supports performance management processes such as goal setting, reviews, and development plans.

The Human Resources

Supervisor coordinates training initiatives,



promotes engagement and retention, and ensures compliance with local labor laws and brand standards. The role collaborates closely with department leaders to foster an inclusive, supportive work environment aligned with Hilton’s CARE culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to handle grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to support appraisals, feedback processes, and development planning.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies in line with local regulations and brand standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly and to support an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
