Role Description:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across creative, marketing, events, business development, production, social media, design, and operations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Instagram, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and industry networks.
- Identify candidates from relevant industries such as marketing agencies, event companies, influencer agencies, celebrity management firms, production houses, and nightlife/hospitality brands.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct first-round HR calls, and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Management

- Schedule interviews with founders, department heads, and team leads.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding role expectations, salary, location, and joining timelines.
- Evaluate candidates for communication skills, attitude, stability, culture fit, and industry relevance.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.

HR Operations

- Prepare offer letters, joining documents, appointment letters, and basic HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, and basic HR files.




- Assist in creating HR policies, reporting structures, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with accounts/admin for salary, documentation, and employee-related requirements.

Culture & Team Management

- Help build a professional, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Support internal communication, team updates, and employee engagement activities.
- Help identify issues related to performance, attendance, communication, or workplace discipline.
- Ensure confidentiality while handling employee and company information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations and processes.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including design, communication, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance support.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting, along with familiarity with Indian labour laws, would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, creative, or media-oriented environment is an advantage.
