Job Title: HR Recruiter – BPO Hiring (Hindi Hiring Specialist) Location:Chennai Employment TypeFull-Time Experience1–3 Years in BPO/Bulk Hiring Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO customer support roles with a strong focus on hiring native and fluent Hindi-speaking candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, sourcing through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for BPO hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Identify and attract native or fluent Hindi-speaking candidates. Screen resumes and conduct HR telephonic interviews.

Assess candidates' communication skills, cultural fit, and role suitability. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business stakeholders. Ensure timely interview feedback and offer rollouts.

Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.



Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality metrics.

Required

SkillsExperience in BPO or volume hiring. Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Job Hai, Apna, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).

Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting. QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred

Experience1–3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO/ITES industry.

Experience hiring customer support executives, telesales executives, or voice process associates. Prior experience recruiting Hindi-speaking candidates is highly preferred.
