Duties

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Utilize talent management software such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or SAP to track applicant flow and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and lead generation to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct negotiations on offers and employment contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.




- Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in external recruiting events to attract emerging talent.
- Maintain knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law in talent management, and HR systems updates to ensure all recruiting practices adhere to legal standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across high-volume recruitment environments with a focus on technical recruiting and executive recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management and cold calling for diverse roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of HR legal compliance related to employment law, contracts, employee relations, employee evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Experience utilizing HR talent management tools like HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Salesforce for lead generation, or Talent acquisition platforms for efficient recruitment workflows.
- Strong research skills combined with a proactive approach to lead generation and succession planning initiatives.
