Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage Contract Labour Management System (CLMS), recruitment, and statutory compliance in a manufacturing environment. The role involves contract workforce management, talent acquisition, attendance administration, contractor coordination, labor law compliance, and ensuring smooth execution of HR operations .

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for permanent and contract positions.

Source, screen, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Manage end-to-end onboarding of contract workmen, including documentation, medical fitness,



and safety compliance.

Maintain contract workforce records and update employee data in the HRMS/CLMS.

Monitor attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and workforce deployment.

Coordinate with contractors and department heads to ensure adequate manpower availability.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, ESIC, wages, bonus, labour licenses, and insurance.

Monitor contractor compliance and support work order and billing processes.

Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, and compliance MIS.

Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth workforce operations and timely issue resolution. Eligibility

Graduate with MBA (HR), MSW, or MHR

M.5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Contract Labour Management, and Statutory Compliance.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace is preferred.
