We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager Location: Pune

Experience: 6+ years Yuvwaa Speed is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and people processes as we scale rapidly across multiple cities. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, technology, operations, and city-level roles

Build and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs, and performance-management systems

Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance

Drive employee engagement, retention, feedback, and workplace-culture initiatives

Partner with leadership and department heads on workforce planning and organizational development

Manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and exits

Build scalable HR systems suitable for a fast-growing, multi-city organization





Lead and mentor the HR team while ensuring timely execution of hiring and people priorities What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in startups or fast-growing organizations

Strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations

Ability to build processes from scratch and operate effectively in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people-management skills
