HR Manager — Faridabad (Full-time, On-site)

We're looking for an HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR for our team — from hiring to day-to-day people operations, working closely with our legal team on compliance matters — and to bring fresh energy and ideas as we continue to grow. What you'll do:

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across corporate, creative, and production roles — from job postings and screening to offers and smooth first-90-days integration

Design, roll out, and periodically review HR policies — proactively flagging gaps and recommending updates as the team and business evolve, rather than waiting to be asked

Manage performance reviews, goal-setting cycles, and employee relations, including conflict resolution and one-on-one support

Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration closely with finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Ensure ongoing compliance with Indian labor law, and keep documentation, contracts, and HR records audit-ready

Own HR reporting and analytics — tracking metrics like attrition, hiring turnaround, and engagement to spot trends early

Plan and run engagement initiatives, team culture activities,



and learning & development programs suited to a mix of creative, corporate, and production staff

Act as a trusted point of contact for workplace concerns, and regularly bring leadership ideas on strengthening culture, retention, and day-to-day employee experience What you bring:

Solid experience running recruitment and onboarding for wide-ranging roles, ideally in apparel/fashion

Hands-on experience with performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution

Strong working knowledge of Indian labor law, HR compliance, and documentation practices

Comfort with payroll/benefits coordination and HRIS tools A track record of identifying and implementing process or policy improvements, not just maintaining what exists

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across creative and operational teams

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and discretion around sensitive information

Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification a plus

Apparel, fashion, or manufacturing sector experience a bonus, especially in on-site production environments
