Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, oversee payroll and advantages administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, supporting career development and training initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



The role will also involve handling HR documentation, maintaining HR systems, and providing guidance to team members on HR processes and best practices.

Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
