Job Title: HR Manager

SWBA is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.

Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, attendance, leave administration, probation, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities.

Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Address employee relations matters and support conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner.





Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.

Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data with the Finance team.

Prepare HR dashboards, recruitment reports, and workforce metrics to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

5+ years of experience in HR, including talent acquisition and HR operations.

Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
