Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions for HAIR RAP BY YOYO, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves partnering closely with salon leadership to build a positive, professional, and growth-oriented work workplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes for salon roles, maintaining HR policies, handling attendance and leave records, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

The HR Manager will support training and development initiatives,



coordinate evaluations and feedback cycles, and address workplace concerns in a fair and confidential manner. This role also includes managing payroll inputs, HR documentation, and contributing to culture-building activities that support retention and engagement.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Experience with HR administration such as payroll coordination, maintaining employee records, and managing attendance and leave systems.

Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements applicable to salon or service-based businesses in India.

Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to support a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Ability to design and support training, development, and feedback programs that enhance staff skills and service quality.

Proficiency with basic HR software tools, spreadsheets, and documentation practices.

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or salon/spa environments is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Demonstrated ability to work on-site, handle confidential information responsibly, and support a culture of professionalism and continuous learning.
