Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee life cycle activities, and maintaining HR policies and documentation.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle performance management frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development programs. The role also involves managing payroll inputs, coordinating benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and resolving employee relations issues. The manager will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational culture, and HR reporting. Qualifications

including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Candidates should possess skills in HR operations such as HR documentation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Candidates should possess people-focused skills, including interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, coaching, and facilitation of employee engagement activities.

Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, HR data analysis, reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Candidates should possess familiarity with HRIS or HR software tools, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity applications.

Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role is preferred, ideally within the digital, technology, or services sector.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an advantage.

The ability to work on-site in Agra, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a rapid-paced, evolving business environment is required.
