Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and wants hands-on experience across HR Operations, onboarding, employee engagement, HRBP support, and people processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives and global HR operations. Job Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Robust verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.





Familiarity with HRMS tools or project management tools is a plus. Job Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policy acknowledgements.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives, learning programs, and internal communications.

Support performance management and other people processes.

Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce data.

Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute HR initiatives efficiently.

Support compliance activities and HR documentation for global operations.

Contribute to process improvement and HR automation initiatives.
