Role Description This Human Resources Intern role is a remote internship opportunity focused on supporting HR operations and learning key HR practices. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining candidate and employee records, and supporting onboarding activities.

The intern may help draft and update HR documents, learn about HR policies and employee benefits,



and assist in organizing virtual HR initiatives or engagement activities. The role also involves coordinating with team members, handling basic HR queries under supervision, and contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic people operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
