Job Profile : Human Resource Intern

Core Responsibilities : Recruitment Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.

Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.

Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and HR records.

Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities. Operations

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Track ongoing projects and follow up on task completion.





Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and MIS.

Assist in process optimization and workflow improvements.

Manage internal communication and support administrative activities.

Monitor operational timelines and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Background

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and hiring tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
