Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, remote position supporting the HR function at Global Investors Forum. In this role, the intern assists with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinating HR documentation. The intern helps with drafting and updating HR policies, assisting in the administration of employee benefits, and providing basic support to personnel management initiatives.
Responsibilities may also include scheduling interviews, preparing HR-related communications, compiling HR metrics or reports, and contributing to projects that enhance employee experience and organizational culture. The intern collaborates with HR leadership and other teams to ensure smooth HR processes in a dynamic, international event-focused environment.
Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and interest in developing HR Management skills.
Ability to understand and support HR Policies and basic Personnel Management practices.
Exposure to or interest in learning about Employee Benefits administration and related HR procedures.
Robust organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills for handling documentation and data.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR or collaboration software).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset in supporting diverse team members and stakeholders.
