Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship based in Raipur. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation processes.

Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation of HR policies, preparing HR documentation,



assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and responding to routine employee queries. The intern will collaborate with HR team members, learn best practices in HR management, and contribute to process improvement within the department.
