Job Title: HR Intern

Salary: ₹4,000–₹5,000 per month

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (On-site)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other platforms

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups

Maintain and update candidate and employee records

Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities





Prepare and manage HR-related documents and reports

Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a plus

Note: This is a full time, on-site internship based in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
