Role Description As a Human Resources Intern at EduAdvice™, you will support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic, mission-oriented setting. This remote internship role involves assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

You will help maintain personnel records, support onboarding processes,



and contribute to the documentation and communication of HR policies and procedures. The intern will assist in tracking attendance, employee engagement activities, and collecting feedback to support a positive work culture. You may also help with basic HR analytics, preparing reports, and supporting compliance-related documentation as guided by the HR team.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge or academic background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding or coursework related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including exposure to basic labor and employment concepts.
- Ability to support Personnel Management activities, such as maintaining records, organizing documentation, and assisting with onboarding.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Comfort working remotely, using digital collaboration tools, and managing tasks independently under supervision.
- Demonstrated interest in the education sector or social impact initiatives is a plus.
