PayPoint India is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in Mumbai.
You’ll work across the complete employee lifecycle
—HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and culture-building.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute HR processes, but genuinely enjoys working with people and improving the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers and exits
.
✅ Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture-building and employee experience initiatives.
✅ Support performance management, goal-setting, appraisals and employee development programs.
✅ Coordinate HR operations, HRMS, attendance, leave management and payroll inputs
.
✅ Support Learning & Development (L&D;)
and employee training initiatives.
✅ Partner with managers on employee relations, performance and people-related matters
.
✅ Maintain HR records, policies, documentation and statutory compliance.
✅ Track HR metrics including attrition, engagement, attendance and employee lifecycle trends
.
What We’re Looking For
✔ MBA / PGDM in HR with 2–3 years of relevant experience
.
✔ Hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, HR Executive, People Operations Executive or HR Operations professional
.
✔ Strong exposure to HR Operations, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
✔ Passion for people development, culture and employee experience
.
⭐ Experience in FinTech, Technology, BFSI or a high-growth organisation is preferred.
⭐ Experience working with a young / Gen Z workforce will be an added advantage.
