Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary negotiations with selected candidates to finalize offers.
