Purpose the Role:

To drive HR Processes and Policies for HCL SW LOB as per the HR Plan and contribute to achievement of delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with Business to meet business objectives through HR interventions.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Service Line.

- Guide and support in employee performance evaluation, staffing, training and development

- Work with HR CoEs in developing LOB specific plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, perks, training & development

- Conduct periodic audits across BU to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and CoE processes. Collate audit findings, analyze the same and prepare reports on the findings.





- Prepare reports periodically for the CoE review with the Senior Management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Verbal & written communication and presentation skills

- Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution

- Organized and methodical

- Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
