The service currently operates across locations such as Gurgaon and Patna, bringing convenient, on-demand solutions directly to customers’ homes. Homeday is growing its operations and talent base to enhance customer experience and expand its reach.

Role Description The Human Resources Consultant at Homeday will support HR operations and provide guidance on HR practices and policies. This part-time, on-site role based in Noida involves advising management on HR management issues, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, and helping resolve employee relations matters. The consultant will review and recommend improvements to HR processes, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and assist with workforce planning and organizational development.

Day-to-day activities may include conducting HR audits,



preparing documentation, coaching managers on HR best practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to foster a positive and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical experience in advising leaders on HR practices.

Ability to design, review, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and employee engagement initiatives.

Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to apply regulations to policies and day-to-day HR decisions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills, with a focus on fairness, inclusion, and confidentiality.

Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment; prior experience in service or tech platforms is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are beneficial.
