Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Attendance, leave & HRMS management
- Employee documentation and record keeping
- Payroll support and statutory compliance
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Coordination with departments for daily HR operations
Requirements:
- Graduation/MBA/PGDM in HR
- 1–3 years of HR experience (hospital/healthcare preferred)
- Valuable communication, MS Office & HRMS knowledge
