- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development Eligibility:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in the Education/School sector will be preferred.
- Must have solid networking within the education and recruitment industry, with the ability to build talent pipelines through consultants,



job portals, social media, professional groups, and personal networks.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS/ERP systems.
