HR Associate — Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi About the Role

Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi is hiring an HR Associate to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations at our 45-room property with active F&B; and banquet business. This role offers structured, hands-on exposure to the full scope of hospitality HR, working closely with hotel leadership.

Core Requirements

Sound judgment and professional discretion — the ability to assess a situation before acting, and a explicit understanding of what information is confidential and how to handle it appropriately

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field

Based in or able to relocate to Ranchi

Scope of the Role

Recruitment and candidate evaluation





Employee relations and handling sensitive matters with appropriate confidentiality

HR documentation, compliance, and records management

Cross-departmental coordination, including with senior leadership
