About the Role

Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi is hiring an HR Associate to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations at our 45-room property with active F&B; and banquet business. This role offers structured, hands-on exposure to the full scope of hospitality HR, working closely with hotel leadership.

Core Requirements

- Sound judgment and skilled discretion — the ability to assess a situation before acting, and a clear understanding of what information is confidential and how to handle it appropriately
- Strong communication skills , both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization
- A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- Based in or able to relocate to Ranchi

Scope of the Role

- Recruitment and candidate evaluation




- Employee relations and handling sensitive matters with appropriate confidentiality
- HR documentation, compliance, and records management
- Cross-departmental coordination, including with senior leadership
